USING OUR ONLINE SHOP
Once you checkout online, you will receive an email confirming your order and detailing your chosen method of payment. Your order is then prepared ready for delivery or collection at one of our shops, as specified by you at the time of order.
Yes. Orders of 25€ or more can be delivered to your home or holiday accommodation. Delivery to Tias and Puerto del Carmen is free of charge. Delivery to Playa Honda, Macher, Puerto Calero, Conil, Guime or San Bartolome costs 3€; and to Costa Teguise, Tahiche, Arrecife, Nazaret, Playa Blanca or Teguise costs 5€. All other areas: 10€.
Of course orders of under 25€ can still be placed online, but must be picked up by you from one of our shops.
We endeavour to deliver all orders within 48 hours. Delivery times are between 9am and 8pm. If you have not received your order for any reason, please contact us on 928 833 434 or 619 317 696.
If you have made an error on your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 928 833 434 or 619 317 696 and if at all possible we will amend your order before delivery.
You can pay by either cash on delivery – or collection – of your goods. Or by using any major debit or credit card via our bank’s secure payment gateway.
All orders are despatched with a delivery note/invoice showing a detailed breakdown of your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will be happy to replace it for the correct/undamaged item.
